These tasty cookies are made with butter, sugar, eggs, flour, baking powder, salt, and extracts (vanilla, almond).  A dough is formed, refrigerated and then cut out into fun woodland character shapes.  They are baked til slightly brown around the edges, cooled and decorated.  A great theme for kids birthday parties, baby showers, etc...
